Burgundy and a palace paisley medallion design bring decorative detail to a traditional or pattern-led bedroom. Layer the set under a plain quilt or duvet and let the design show when the covers are turned back.
Build your room around the pattern
Contrast it: cream or white top bedding makes the burgundy stand out
Keep it calm: neutral accessories keep attention on the paisley
Mix with care: if you like layered patterns, use a different scale in your pillows rather than repeating the motif
